Delivery Information

How soon can I expect delivery?

Delivery is currently free of charge, to a UK address, on all items sold on the site. Provided your order is placed by 3pm, it will be sent by Royal Mail First Class the next working day. Royal Mail First Class normally delivers next working day.
Any discrepancy between the quantity ordered and the quantity delivered, must be reported to FlamingNuts.com within 24 hours of receipt.
For delivery outwith the UK, please contact us for a quote.


Return and Cancellation

Returning Goods - Our Returns Policy

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from FlamingNuts.com however  we realise that there are occasions when you need to return goods to us. Nothing in the Returns Policy affects your statutory rights, in general this means that you will retain the right to claim against us under the Sales of Goods Act if the goods do not conform to the contract.

Goods Reported Faulty Within 28 Days of Receipt

If you are reporting faulty goods within 28 days of receipt, then when the goods are returned to us complete, we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.

Goods Reported Faulty More Than 28 Days After Receipt

If you are reporting faulty goods more than 28 days after receipt, then we strongly recommend that you contact the manufacturer direct for a warranty repair. This is often the quickest way to have a fault repaired. We encourage you to contact us if you are having difficulty contacting the manufacturer and we will do our best to put you in the right direction.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If your goods were damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within 7 days. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the delivery note accordingly. Once the damaged goods have been collected and received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.
